STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION

The construction sequencing varies from project to project. You take into account site consitions like soil report, slope, availability and location of services, vegetation protection and so on.

The following is the typical stages for a standard site with no unusual constraints.

Construction Process

After the Building Permit is issued by your Building Inspector/Surveyor, the building work starts.

( we prepare Building Permit documentation for your project).

Our in house Construction Manager can oversee the project or you can work with your nominated builder.

The building stages can be summarised as follows:

Excavate site platform
Set-out the footings, excavate and pour
Form up and pour the floor slab
Set-out and construct house frame (timber, brick, block, steel)
Erect the roof framing/trusses
Fix roof cladding
Install external windows, plumbing and electrical (rough in)
Finish internal and external walls
Internal fit out, including services
Landscaping
